All prices/fees* on this website are subject to change without notice. Cartridge Savers makes every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing.  Occasionally, our suppliers change pricing without notice and/or items can be mispriced.  In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Cartridge Savers shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price.  We will notify you of any changes to your order.  You will have the opportunity to accept the new price, or cancel your order.  We apologize for any inconvenience.  Our goal is to get you the product you want at a great price.

Order Cancellations, Refusals, Re-routes:

Since orders are processed immediately for same-day shipment, changes or cancellations cannot be made. Refusals and re-routed orders will be subject to carrier’s accessorial charges.

Credit Card Security:

For your protection, credit card numbers should never be disclosed on unsecured transmissions such as faxes or emails.Credit cards used after the point of sale may be charged a 3% convenience fee. 

Defective product

All returns for defective products must be made within 90 days of the original invoice date. After your return is approved and an RA # is issued, all returns must arrive at our warehouse within 30 business days or the RA# will be voided. Cartridge Savers will provide an exchange or full refund within 30 days of acceptance of the return.

Sales are final on special order products, dated materials (e.g. calendars), food and beverages. No cancellations or returns.

Product Return Procedures:

All returns must be over-boxed. We cannot give credit on any product which either the product or the manufacturer’s boxes have been opened, written on or otherwise marked in any way. If product is not in resalable condition or the wrong product is returned, you will be notified and will have 48 hours to respond or product will be disposed of.

All product being returned (whether defective or otherwise) must have an approved Return Authorization # (RA#) written clearly on the outside of the shipping box. Any product returned without this number clearly written on the outside of the shipping box will be refused at our dock. If product is received without an approved RA#, you will be notified and have 24 hours to respond or product will be disposed of and no credits will be issued.

Cartridge Savers will provide a full refund, less a 15% restocking fee within 30 days of acceptance of the return.
